Refund & Return Policy

Order Cancellation

SkyKickz allows customers to request order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase confirmation. However, since order processing happens very quickly, cancellation will only be accepted if the order has not yet been processed (i.e., the shipping label has not been issued, the package has not been prepared, and it has not been handed over to the courier).

If the order has already been processed, cancellation will no longer be possible. However, the customer may still exercise their right of return within 30 days of delivery, according to the terms described in our Return Policy.

To request cancellation, the customer must send a written request to info@skykickz.com including the order number. Requests sent through other channels (chat, social media, phone) will not be considered valid for legal purposes.

Refund in Case of Cancellation

If the cancellation request is accepted, SkyKickz will refund the full amount paid within 7 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase or, if not possible, via bank transfer.

If the order has already been processed or handed over to the courier, the cancellation request will be rejected. In this case, the customer may still proceed with a return under the terms and conditions of our Return Policy.

30-Day Return Policy

Your Satisfaction Is Our Priority.
We understand the importance of customer satisfaction with online purchases. If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, you can exercise your right of return within 30 days from the delivery date.

Return Conditions

You may return the purchased item, or part of it, within 30 days from the date of receipt, without incurring additional handling costs. However, please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

To be accepted, products must be:

  • Returned in their original packaging, in perfect resale condition (not damaged, soiled, or worn) and complete with all accessories, instructions, and documentation
  • Accompanied by the return document to allow SkyKickz to identify the customer

How to Start a Return

To initiate the return process, send an email to info@skykickz.com including your order number and personal details (first and last name). Our support team will guide you through every step of the process with the utmost care.

Refund Process

Refunds will only be issued after verifying that the returned merchandise is in perfect condition and has not been damaged. The refund of the full amount paid will be processed within 30 days from receipt of the returned merchandise, using the same payment method used for the purchase or via bank transfer.

Return Right Conditions

The right of return is subject to specific conditions:

  • The item must be returned intact, in its original packaging, and complete in all its parts
  • Used, damaged, or soiled products are not accepted
  • The responsibility for shipping until receipt at our warehouse is entirely the customer's responsibility

Non-Returnable Items

Worn shoes cannot be returned for hygiene and health reasons.

Loss of Return Rights

The customer loses the right of return if they do not respect the integrity of the merchandise (packaging and/or contents).

Defective or Wrong Products

In case of receiving a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@skykickz.com for assistance. If a return is necessary, shipping costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of the receipt.

Free Size Exchange

We offer our customers a free size exchange service to ensure maximum satisfaction with our product. This option is valid exclusively for actual size changes. This means that if you ordered a pair of shoes in a specific size (e.g., Size 44), you have the right to request an exchange only for a different size (e.g., 43 or 45). The exchange will be approved only if the request concerns exclusively a size variation and not a different model or color.

If you wish to exchange sizes, we offer a simple process with no additional costs. Once we receive the pair of shoes and verify that they meet the return requirements (unworn condition and original packaging), we will send you a discount code equal to the value of your purchase.

Shipping Costs for Size Exchange

Shipping costs for size exchange will be entirely covered by us only for the first size exchange. In case the customer requests a further change after the first exchange, or requests an exchange for reasons not related to size (for example, model or color change), the shipping costs for such return will be the customer's responsibility.

Size Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for exchange, the product must be returned in original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging. Size exchange will not be accepted if the product shows signs of wear or damage that were not present at the time of delivery.

Limitations

The free size exchange service was implemented to prevent customers from being dissatisfied due to an incorrect size choice, but it cannot be used improperly or for unintended purposes (e.g., ordering multiple sizes with the intention of keeping only one). In case of improper or repeated use of the exchange service, we reserve the right to charge shipping and handling fees.

Legal Notice

This Cancellation and Return Policy does not replace or limit in any way the rights granted to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery. Our extension of the term to 30 days constitutes an additional benefit offered by SkyKickz to our customers.
